Lili the Turtle at The Royal Sunset Island Resort

End of May 08 - a young turtle was rescued and nurtured back to health at the resort. Kalua and Netane were both in charge to look after her.

She was named "Lili" - After 2.5 months convalescence- It was decided to release her back to freedom on the 23 July 08.

December Special Visits at The Royal Sunset Island Resort

At The End of December we were very lucky and honoured to have 2 special visits of Dignatories.

1- The first one was the unexpected visit for 2 days of The Grand Chief of Papua New Guinea - Honourable Sir Michael Somare and Lady Veronica (we already met them during the Pacific Forum as we hosted the Papua New Guinea Delegation at our house in Fasi).
